As the rainy season is about to end, summer flowers in Dongping National Forest Park are gradually blooming, officially unveiling the curtain of midsummer.

In the secluded wisteria corridor, on the metasequoia path in the park, tourists stroll in twos and threes leisurely.

The green leaves, luxuriant trees and quiet forest make tourists relaxed.

The colorful impatiens become the only protagonists in the park, beautifying the main entrance and the surrounding area.

The white and elegant metal grid is a flower wall specifically designed for trumpet creepers. Although it is not the right time, several trumpet creepers have climbed up and produced some small trumpets. This makes tourists expect to see a wall full of orange trumpet creepers. The purple cleome spinosa looks elegant, attracting butterflies to come as its name suggests. The gold coreopsis lanceolata and gazania look even more bright and beautiful with dew on them.

The morning dew that rolls on lotus leaves looks like huge and transparent pearls. Dragonflies nimbly shuttle between elegant and gorgeous water lilies and lotus flowers, forming the most beautiful rhythm of summer.

In the pond, a moorhen family is leisurely paddling in the water. If the mom and dad are not paying attention, the furry baby will go deep into the lotus flowers and play by itself.

There are deer in the deep forest. In the quiet metasequoia forest, sika deer are quietly eating grass. They are not afraid of tourists. A beautiful picture of harmonious coexistence between man and nature is slowly unfolding.

The landscape facilities such as the Chinese rose corridor, swan sculptures and RV campsite are properly arranged and closely connected with the surrounding nature.
