1. Target and missions

It should be tried to actively introduce international resources for higher education and strengthen the ambience for international education in the region. Education openness is in need to be enlarged and international education is calling for communication and collaboration, thus strengthening students’ competence for international communication and competitiveness.

2. Projects and Measures

(1) Introduce higher education institutes both home and abroad. The International Higher Education Institute Park in Chenjia Town should be relied on and used to introduce famous universities both home and abroad to open branch campus districts or studying centers.

(2) Emphasize international cooperation. International contacts should be increased, thus promoting project collaboration among primary schools, middle schools and international famous education institutes. We should strive to expand cooperative projects within high schools and enlarge the scale and means for international communication of high school students, thus expanding their international horizon.

(3) Strengthen foreign language education. Introduce foreign teachers according to the plan, and promote the teaching effects of oral English. Create a cultural atmosphere beneficial to English learning, thus elevating the oral communication competence and international communication abilities of students.

(4) Build a teaching team that can cater for the requirements of internationalization. Strengthen the research of international curricula and emphasize the introduction of education experience of primary and middle schools abroad. Establish a visiting program for students, and send more key teachers and teachers of key curricula to abroad. Promote teachers to stand at the forefront of international education thoughts and learn about the development trend of the education in their own field.
