Shi Lei, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1970. With an in-service college degree, Shi was a member of the China Democratic League. Now Shi holds positions of Director of Chongming District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chief of Chongming District Committee of China Democratic League.
