Recently, in the art garden of Fengle Village, Hengsha Town, large-scale rice field paintings covering an area of more than 120 acres presented the most beautiful view.
Standing on the viewing platform and looking around, visitors can see lush rice fields extending to the skyline and becoming a “green ocean”. The colorful rice field paintings use emerald green as the background color, with dark green, black and white dotted in between. The patterns of cartoon crabs and small oranges are particularly eye-catching.
It is understood that the north and south parts of this year’s rice field painting in Hengsha Town were separately designed, with the south part under the theme of Hengsha’s Premium “Crab, Rice and Orange” and the north part under the theme of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The paintings incorporate local characteristics, red culture and children elements, and use colors and three-dimensional methods to create giant rice field paintings, displaying rice in an artistic manner.
It is reported that Fengle Village, the first “colorful rice” trial planting base in Hengsha, officially launched the rice field painting project in 2018. This year is the seventh year for Hengsha Town to show rice field paintings. In recent years, the island art garden of Fengle Village in Hengsha Town has combined creative agriculture with leisure tourism. “Rice field paintings” serve as a fulcrum, creating new highlights in landscape agriculture through rice field paintings, bringing new vitality to traditional rice, and vigorously promoting the integration of agriculture and tourism.
