Recently, the "Shanghe Dongshe" paddy field station in Sanxing Town has launched such leisure areas as paddy field cafes and multifunctional studios, providing tourists with a good place to spend their summer.

The "Shanghe Dongshe" is located in the Yuhaitang Scenic Area of Sanxing Town. The entire architectural complex is filled with a rustic atmosphere. The relevant person in charge introduced that "Shanghe Dongshe" means "a cave-shaped house on the field", with bamboo as the main decoration and building material, highlighting the original ecological style of Chongming, while integrating the scenery of paddy fields, giving people a comfortable and warm feeling.

In the newly built Paddy Field Cafe, tourists can taste bitter grass coffee and bitter grass eggs with local creative characteristics. Pour a spoonful of bitter grass powder into half a cup of warm water, then mix with fresh milk and a cup of local coffee will be made.

It is learned that the total construction area of the "Shanghe Dongshe" is about 1,000 square meters. The newly launched multifunctional studio and small conference room can provide tourists with such services as cultural-themed activities, forums, and graduation ceremonies.

At the same time, the five-color rice paddy painting created by "Shanghe Dongshe" has attracted many tourists to come and take photos. The project is made of different varieties and colors of rice, and the viewing period can last until late October. More agricultural activities such as angling, crayfish catching, and rice harvesting will be launched in the future.
