Accompanied by the roar of the machines, several large agricultural machines shuttle back and forth between the fields, and over 3,000 acres of rice fields are being fully "opened".

In order to have a good harvest this year, as early as November last year, the base had already planted broad beans as green manure. Because broad beans have good nitrogen fixation ability and have no toxic side effects on the environment, they can effectively increase the organic matter content of the land and improve the quality of rice. At present, the broad beans in the field have grown and matured. After plowing, the straw of the broad beans can be used as the base fertilizer for planting rice. The place, where agricultural machinery passes, is filled with the fragrance of broad beans.

Next, after the completion of spreading green manure and plowing, grass cultivation and weeding will be carried out here by mid-April to allow weedy rice to emerge early, and then the land will be cleared by plowing. After repeating this step two to three times, the fertilizer and water will be concentrated on the rice, which can reduce the occurrence base of weeds in the field and promote better rice growth.
